In our Congregation, the vows are first of a temporary nature, then perpetual. The time of temporary vows is six years, during which the profession is renewed every year at the request of the sister concerned and if she is admitted by the Provincial Superior with the consent of her Council. (Conf. CCGG 172)
“Jesus calls the Twelve and sends them out.” Where there is a vocation there is a mission; where there is mission there is vocation. “The Lord calls those whom He wants to live with Him and send them to proclaim the Kingdom of God (cf. Mk 3,13). Whoever embraces religious life by divine vocation, is situated within the dynamism of the Church, thirsty for what absolute of God, and makes the privilege of evangelizing his own, above all through the testimony of life, prayer, silence, penance and sacrifice. (CCGG 94)
When we have already met Jesus Christ, obedient, poor and humble, he launches us to “Repair the Lord’s vineyard”. To be constructive members in the Church in the ” prayer” in the “sacrifice ” that moves our hearts to evangelize in the ” apostolic action”.
